How we formulate
Four decisions we make on every product.
Research-backed ingredients
We only use nutrient forms with a documented effect across a broad range of research studies. If the evidence is not there, the ingredient is not in the formula.
Traceable raw materials
Every raw material arrives with a Certificate of Analysis from its supplier. Purity and potency are verified before anything enters the production process.
GMP-certified manufacturing
All products are manufactured in facilities that comply with Good Manufacturing Practice – the recognised standard for supplement production in Europe.
Independent Eurofins testing
Finished products are independently tested by Eurofins – one of the world's leading analytical laboratory networks – for purity and heavy metals.

Deliberate choices, visible on the label
We choose chelated magnesium over a simpler ionic salt, hydrolysed collagen over native, and high-EPA Omega-3 concentrate over generic fish oil. Each form is chosen because the research supports it – and because it is what we would want to take ourselves.
