Privacy Policy
How we handle personal data.
Last updated 16 June 2026
Who we are
4 HIM & HER is a Nordic-origin European supplement brand. This website presents our brand and product range; it does not sell products directly. When you choose to buy, we direct you to independent retail partners, who handle the sale under their own terms and privacy policies.
The company responsible for this website and for your personal data (the “data controller”) is identified in the Company section at the foot of this page. You can reach us using the details in the Contact section below.
The personal data we process
Because this site has no shop, no checkout and no account sign-up, the data we process is limited. We may process:
- Usage, device and interaction data – the pages you visit, referring links, approximate location derived from your IP address, your browser and device type, and anonymous interaction events such as clicks on “Where to buy” links, collected through privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand and improve the site.
- Strictly necessary cookies – a small number of cookies that are essential for the site to function; we do not use advertising, social-media or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Contact and support data – if you email us, the name, email address and any information you include in your message, together with our reply.
- Existing-customer records – if you previously bought directly from us under our earlier direct-sales model, we may hold historical order, subscription, delivery and invoicing records linked to that relationship.
We do not take payments on this website and do not collect card or bank details here. Any purchase you make takes place on a retail partner’s own website, under their privacy policy.
Why we process it, and our legal basis
We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so:
- To operate, secure and improve this website and to understand how it is used through cookieless analytics – on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a safe, working and well-maintained site.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide support – on the basis of our legitimate interest in helping you, or of steps taken at your request.
- To manage existing-customer relationships, including order history, subscriptions and invoicing – on the basis of performing a contract and complying with our legal and accounting obligations.
- To meet legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims – on the basis of legal obligation and legitimate interest.
Cookies and analytics
We keep cookies to a minimum. Any cookies we set are strictly necessary to make the site work and do not require consent. To understand how the site is used – including which “Where to buy” links visitors click – we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. It measures this usage without setting tracking cookies, building advertising profiles, or following you across other websites, so we do not show a cookie-consent banner. You can still block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary:
- Service providers who help us run the website – our hosting and platform provider, our content-database provider, and our privacy-friendly analytics provider – acting as our processors under contract and only on our instructions.
- Retail partners – when you follow a “Where to buy” link you leave this site, and the retailer becomes responsible for your data under their own policy.
- Authorities or advisers – where we are required to share data by law, or where it is necessary to protect our legal rights.
International transfers
We are a European brand and process data primarily within the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where data is transferred to a country outside these areas, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Analytics data is kept for a limited period and in aggregated or de-identified form where possible. Existing-customer records are retained for as long as required to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
How we protect your data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we require the service providers who process data on our behalf to do the same.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation and equivalent United Kingdom law, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to our processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out; and
- lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the timeframes set by law.
Children
This website and our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is the one published on this page, and the date it was prepared is shown above.
